A programme is a minimum of 3 appointments, one initial consultation and two follow-up appointments, over approximately 3 months

A thorough assessment of your current diet, eating habits, preferences and lifestyle. Body composition analysis, consideration of existing medical conditions including family and medical history. In depth evaluation of the different body systems.
Tailor Made Plans
Based on gathered information and any test results, this personalised plan considers your unique needs and will include recommendations for specific foods, nutrients, meal timing and lifestyle adjustments. Customised meal plans to align with your dietary needs and goals, ensuring the correct balance of macronutrients (carbohydrates, protein, fats) and micronutrients (vitamins and minerals). A GP letter if required.
Continuous Monitoring and Adjustments
Personal nutrition is an on-going process that requires continuous monitoring of an individual's progress and adjustments to the nutrition plan based on changes in health status, goals, or lifestyle. Regular follow-ups ensure that the nutrition plan remains effective and aligns with your evolving needs.
Functional and Genetic Testing Available
Functional testing includes full genetic testing, metabolic profiling, microbiome analysis, food sensitivity and hormone testing. Providing valuable insights into genetic predispositions, nutritional deficiencies, digestive and metabolic efficiency. All require a minimum 30 minute interpretation appointment, unless within a 1-2-1 programme.
Simpler single tests, such as vitamin D, HbA1c, fasting insulin, cholesterol panel, and full blood count, may only need 15-20mins. See FEES for more information
